COMMUNITY IMPACT INVESTMENTS (CII)

Jill Atkey is the CEO of BC Non-Profit Housing Association, where she led the development of the Canadian Rental Housing Index and, working alongside key partners, the Rental Protection Fund, a new $500 million initiative enabling non-profits to purchase rental buildings and secure their affordability in perpetuity.

Jill was appointed jointly by Ministers of Finance for Canada and BC to the Expert Panel on the Future of Housing Supply and Affordability. She also serves as a director with the Rental Protection Fund, the Community Housing Transformation Centre, and the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada and Community Housing Coverage, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of BCNPHA. She has an M.A. (Planning) from UBC.
