Tracey Robertson

Tracey Robertson is a Capital Systems Strategist and recognized social impact leader with over 30 years advancing philanthropy, community investment, and systems change across Canada. She brings deep expertise in systems thinking, partnership development, and capital innovation, building bridges across philanthropy, finance, government, and community to create more equitable and resilient futures. Based in London, Ontario, Tracey lives on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Lūn,péewak, and Attawandaron peoples.

Currently, Tracey is reimagining how private and philanthropic capital can be unlocked to create greater community impact and long-term systems change. She is part of a growing movement building the emerging field of systemic investing in Canada, advancing approaches that address root causes, strengthen ecosystems, and support equitable futures.

Tracey has helped shape Canada's social finance and blended finance ecosystem, designing innovative capital strategies, cross-sector partnerships, and community investment approaches. She co-led the Ontario Trillium Foundation's first provincial community investment strategy aligned with the Canadian Index of Wellbeing and has leveraged millions in collaborative investments for national community impact initiatives. Tracey received Canada's first national award for championing blended finance and innovative approaches to mobilizing capital for social impact.
