An accomplished strategist and Harvard-trained mediator, Dana excels at unravelling complicated challenges and developing shared solutions. Dana has dedicated her career to working with change-agents across not-for-profit, private, and public sectors to try to improve social outcomes. Unconventional and unflappable, Dana has developed a strong reputation supporting the start-up or major transition of companies and initiatives ranging from local SMEs to national initiatives and multi-national corporations. In her role as Director, Operations for Boann, Dana manages team processes, workflows, and acts as stakeholder liaison.
